Where we deliver and what it costs

The free UK delivery threshold is £50 on the order total.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving them. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched from the following Monday.

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking when the parcel leaves us.

Delivery times

The times in the table are estimates from the day of dispatch, not guarantees, and they depend on the carrier. If anything is running late, tell us and we will chase it with the carrier on your behalf.

If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged

Email support@driftback.uk with your order number. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, that is ours to sort out: we will replace it or refund you, and you will not pay postage either way.

Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us about any damage within a reasonable time so we can raise it with the carrier while a claim is still possible.

Addresses

We can only send to the address given at checkout, so please check it before you order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will change it if the parcel has not yet gone. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.

Import duties outside the UK

Prices at checkout do not include any import duties, taxes or customs charges for deliveries outside the United Kingdom. Those are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. We have no way to calculate or control them in advance.
